On Monday, May 5, 2025 we held our 21st Annual Troy Knight Memorial Golf Tournament at the Summerville Country Club. Thank you to all of our sponsors, our volunteers, and to everyone who came out to play – this tournament would not be the success that it is without all of you!

About Our Golf Tournament
The Troy Knight Memorial Golf Tournament is an annual event benefiting Kay Phillips Child Advocacy Center. Named after Mr. Troy Knight, this event is held each year in his memory, with proceeds directly benefiting our clinical services program.
Troy was a close friend, a dedicated member of the community, and an early supporter of Children in Crisis. Troy served as city attorney for the Town of Summerville and was a Dorchester County Magistrate from 1993-2003. He also served as a Summerville Municipal Judge from 1996-1998. Then in 2002, Troy founded the Knight Law Firm in Summerville, after having practiced law in other firms for 10 years. He built the firm’s value system upon his deep dedication to the law, his strong commitment to community service, and on the solid foundation of his family’s legacy.
