Teaming Against Trauma Podcast

Welcome to Teaming Against Trauma!

Discover the power of collaboration and the impact it can have on healing child abuse survivors. Teaming Against Trauma is a podcast hosted by Kay Phillips Child Advocacy Center (KPCAC), dedicated to shedding light on the critical work done by Child Advocacy Centers (CACs) and Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs) in our community. Our mission is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of CACs, MDTs, KPCAC services, and child abuse prevention.

With each episode, you’ll dive deep into conversations between our knowledgeable staff and various agencies working tirelessly to combat trauma and support survivors. These enlightening discussions will expand your understanding of Child Advocacy Centers, while also inspiring you to take action in better understanding trauma and preventing abuse.

At Teaming Against Trauma, we firmly believe in the power of education and community engagement. By amplifying the voices of professionals and experts in the field, we strive to equip listeners with the knowledge they need to become advocates for change. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and promote a safer and healthier society for all.
